Side Street Kids Staff
Side Street Kids, Inc. success is based on teachings, which go well beyond the dance floor. The 100% volunteer artistic and administrative staffs affirm positive family values; advocate teamwork and the group process; use positive reinforcement; encourage parental participation and endorse the importance of a good education. Peer conferences during the first quarter of class lead the members to interact in a positive and safe environment. The artistic staff has over 100 years of combined dance experience. In order to ensure the best learning environment possible, class ratios of students to teacher are no greater than 8:1.
