Registration for Current Year Ends October 31, 2009 Space is Limited! MEMBERSHIP DUES
$400 for one class or $550 for two classes In addition there is a one time non refundable $25 registration fee. Two payment plans are available as follows: Choose whichever payment plan is convenient for you.
1. Full Payment Plan at time of registration $425 (one class) $575 (two classes) 2. Three Payment Plan First Payment due at registration $225 (one class) $325 (two classes) PLUS PLUS Second Payment due on or before 10/17/09 $100 (one class) $125 (two classes) PLUS PLUS Third Payment due on or before 2/06/10 $100 (one class) $125 (two classes) All checks should be made payable to Side Street Kids, Inc. A $25 penalty will be assessed for any payments received after this period. There will be a $50 fee payable for all returned checks. Please ask our staff for details. Students with delinquent accounts will NOT be permitted to participate in SSK activites.
Membership Rewards
All students enrolled in Side Street Kids, Inc. who have satisfied their initial membership dues requirements are eligible to participate in the SSK Rewards Program. Earn up to $250 in cash awards and/or credits. For more Information on this program speak to a member of the Administrative staff. Restrictions apply.
